Not getting the speed I'm paying for.
I have the High Speed Ultimate package that gives 300Mbps/Down and 30Mbps/Up. I'm getting the advertised upload speed of 30Mbps but i'm not even getting 1/3 of the download speed. I'm only getting 80...

We would like to have you test the connection at the modem itself. Would you please bypass your router & plug into the modem for testing. Once you do this, please reset the modem before you run your speed test. So that we can see your results, would you log into cox.com to run your speed test & let us know once it is done. We will need to access you account at that time. Would you send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full name & full address once you are able to run the test at the modem?
