Hi ShuGuan, we'd hate to lose you as a result of this issue! Drop bury requests are not scheduled in the same system as service calls, and we don't have schedule visibility. I've reached out to our field team to see if we can expedite the drop bury process or possibly install a temporary drop. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Please do, we have had no internet for 9 days now and cant do any of our work or browse the internet. If you guys could fix it sooner, that would be very appreciative, otherwise im going to look for another ISP. Ive been a loyal customer for 10+ years now and I wouldnt want to cancel over a drop bury request.
