No internet or phone

I have not had internet or phone access for 17 days network impairment with no time frame for it to be up and usable as much money as I pay and as large this company is not to mention the monopoly they have in Scottsdale how in the name of God would this take more then 24 hours 17 days no internet and they just sent me a 160 dollar bill
