New Yahoo Mail
With the transition to yahoo mail if we were to move to a location that is not serviced by Cox for internet do we still retain our cox.net email addresses?

After over 2 hrs speaking to support today, I believe the answer is yes. It is no longer a cox email it is a yahoo email address. However the cox reps have been wrong most of the time.
When your cox.net email transitions to Yahoo Mail, you will keep the cox.net. If you have questions or need further assistance, please email your full name and address to cox.help@cox.com with a link to this thread so we can assist.
