Hi DannyT. Cox believes in a fair and open internet and does not throttle or shape traffic. The purpose of the Cox Internet Forum is to allow customers to discuss technical topics related to residential Cox Cable, Telephone and High-Speed Internet services with other customers. Do you only have this problem when streaming with Netflix? Does this happen on just the TV or on your computer as well?
