Netflix in Santa Barbara / Goleta Very Slow(multiple locations)

Hello everyone, Although we have no reported issues currently. We have collected everyone's tracerts and sections from this thread along with modem and network information from some of your modems and compiled an email which was sent over to our network engineering team asking for assistance. It's our hope this be addressed soon and once any feedback is received we will let you know. Thanks again for everyone's input and tracert information.
