Netflix charge on my Cox account
I recently received a text that my Cox bill is available. Imagine my surprise when I saw a charge for Netflix. I called Cox to find out why it's there since I didn't authorize it. Was told that Cox doesn't sell Netflix. So why am I being charged for it. Told him to remove it. He said he'd have to transfer my to retention for them to do that. Then he offered me a streaming service package that he said was cheaper than I am paying directly to Netflix . What? I declined. I've been on hold now for more than 45 minutes.
