Near Constant Rubber Banding in Online Games
Since moving to my current apartment and having Cox as my ISP, I have been unable to play online games without near constant rubber banding and stuttering. I am hardwired in on my gaming PC, and have even upgraded my router, modem, and all ethernet cables. Attached is a sample from PingPlotter when I play a game; though I am not sure if it shows anything helpful. Would greatly like to know what I can do to fix this, because it's becoming a serious issue!
