Yes, I can sign in to My Profile and change the incorrect first name, last name, and timezone. I have had to do this now 3 times for 3 of my cox email accounts. Some cox webmail process has corrupted the profile and resets the names and timezone.

Hi Tom2001, I'm having trouble locating the time zone setting in My Profile. It's not in the "Profile & Contact" section of my Primary Cox User ID. When I go to the "Users & Email Accounts" section, the options available for each of the Secondary Users are User ID, password, first name, last name, nickname, and recovery email. Where is the time zone setting located? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Top right corner (cog wheel icon for settings) then in drop down choose 1st menu item "Setting". That page allows you to set your time zone.
- Becky7 years agoModeratorGot it. Thanks! I was confused by the My Profile reference. "I can sign in to My Profile and change the incorrect first name, last name, and timezone." I thought you were referring to the My Account/My Profile settings on cox.com. Are you referring to the "My Profile" option displayed on the Webmail "Basic Settings" page? Thanks Dawn, I also got that update from Tier 2 support with my ticket number. Hope for a fix soon. BTW, it's not just OS X its Windows, and Macs and most all browsers that refuse to accept a copy/paste into the HTML email content box.
