Hi Rsc, what URL do you use for the MyConnection home page? I opened https://myconnection.cox.com/ multiple times yesterday without difficulty. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
Just set that page as my new home page and that solved the problem. Thanks!
You should look into the issues though.
