- BeckyModeratorHi Farnums Wife, log into your Webmail Inbox. Towards the upper right-hand corner of the page, click the drop-down arrow next to the word VIEW. Make sure Folder View has a check mark next to it. If there is no check mark next to Folder View, click to add a check. Does this restore your folders? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
