My phone that is associated with my Cox account was stolen. How do I contact Cox to let them know this and provide them with the make and model of my new phone when I cannot call them? I cannot use my phone until I talk to them.

The phone device listed on my Cox account was stolen. When I attempt to do anything that requires verification of the device, I cannot until I remove the old one and add the new make and model. Does ...

Do you mean an IP phone?  When you write "modem," do you mean "router"?  Does Cox provide IP Phone service?  If Cox does provide IP Phone service, you'll need to log into your Cox Business Account...not your Residential Account.  If Cox doesn't provide IP Phone service, you'll need to log into the account of the company providing your IP Phone service.

Did someone steal an IP phone from your house?
