My phone connects to wimy CoX Wi-Fi but without internet

I'm having trouble connecting my cell phone to the wifi with an internet connection but the wifi is working on my Playstation

    When you check the phone wifi connection on the phone OS, does it show "Connected WITH internet" or "Connected NO Internet"?

    I have had the same issue since this morning. Failed to reset online, failed to reset after pulling the plugs. IM'd tech support to be told to pull the plugs again, and shilled the app, and to upgrade my subscription...
