Probably because it's an FCC complaint and they don't want those out in the open.

They replied and opened it up, but I'm tired of this. Last time I spoke to one of the techs they said it looked great and I asked whats the response time and they said between 15 and 480ms. But it looks good, no packet loss.... lol

It's ok. I'm currently fighting with them about their data measuring tool not being accurate and they just keep telling me it's correct. I literally have the data to show it's not but they don't care.
