Thanks Carol, I tried changing all cat 6 cords to new last night. I also climbed around my attic tracing cables. Didnt see any obvious problem there. Still had the same issues unfortunately.

Hello, Is your gaming console hard-wired to the modem when experiencing this issue? Does this issue occur when doing other internet-related activities such as streaming, surfing the web or streaming movies? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

Yes my console is hard wired. It also ends my streams and stops movies. Happens on wifi and ethernet. Also thought about it and realised it has been happening since cox had dig around in my back yard. Not sure what they dug around for but my problems began around the same time.
