Hi, if you haven't already done so, you may want to replace the Ethernet cord used when hardwiring the modem to your laptop to see if that makes any difference. Let us know what happens. -Carol

Thanks Carol, I tried changing all cat 6 cords to new last night. I also climbed around my attic tracing cables. Didnt see any obvious problem there. Still had the same issues unfortunately.

Yes my console is hard wired. It also ends my streams and stops movies. Happens on wifi and ethernet. Also thought about it and realised it has been happening since cox had dig around in my back yard. Not sure what they dug around for but my problems began around the same time.
