My Cox Emails (seven of them) Worked on Outlook Until last Week. What Happened?

Outlook has been playing pretty well with my Cox email addresses--until last week. i got the 0x80072EE7 error forone address.Today, I got it for several of them. I have tried all the online fixes, and NOTHING WORKS. What changed?

(I have found old posts about this from when Windows 10 was introduced, but they all say the issue was fixed.)

    At this time, we are experiencing an email outage that is affecting Cox email. We do hope to have this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
