Hello, normal process is 4-6 weeks. As there are steps that are followed. Construction works off another platform, in which agents do not have access to. They are able to see tickets that are submitted for replacement. These tickets are only updated upon completion. They will never be updated with expected completions dates. If you are already aware of a ticket and have the number. If you want to send it to us. We would be happy to see if anything has been notated. If not and want to ensure one was entered.
