Modem light is off

I have a Panoramic wifi modem, and it was working fine until yesterday afternoon when the light on the modem suddenly went out and so did my wifi. So now I have no wifi connection, and my modem isn't even on no matter how many times I reset it. The modem has the sound as if it is still running, but the light is off and there's no wifi connection.
