Modem cisco DPQ3212 lights

My link light is amber color is that the right color it should be. I could have sworn that we first got internet all the modem lights where green. Another thing is my internet jumps a lot 30 to 20 or to 8 then back to 30. Also when i look at the speed test my internet sometimes gets stuck then it jumps up to where it is supposed to be . Here are my

Channel 1: 47.5 dBmV
Channel 2: 43.7 dBmV
Channel 3: 46.2 dBmV
Channel 4: 47.7 dBmV

They are sending a technician in tomorrow but I am not sure if needed.

    You can check this link to see what the colored lights mean on the modem http://bit.ly/2B4z6xi. We can check your signal levels from this end just emails the full address and primary name of the account holder to cox.help@cox.com.
