Misleading information - Cox shows my 1 GIG plan is $70, yet I've been paying $120 for years!

Since no one in Cox support is willing acknowledge that their pricing online is inaccurate, I would like to post here for all to see and try to get a resolution.

I logged into my account to try to modify my plan, come to find out that it is showing my CURRENT service at a base price of $70/month for 1GIG. I have been paying $120 for this same service with an additional amount for unlimited data.

I spoke on the phone with a rep who told me she cannot do anything and that it is an error and I have been paying the right amount. Their online support said there is nothing I can do and nowhere to send a screenshot to prove this is what is appearing, and to help you fix the false advertising.

If this is an error, why are they not concerned about fixing this? I should be able to get the price advertised to me. This is incredibly misleading.

I am also waiting for a call back from a supervisor, but I have not heard back yet. Here is my case number: #KSR000014823330

What does the break down on your bill show? Are you maybe paying 50$ for the unlimited data plan?
