I have been trying to use download and activate my cox security plus whatever its called. I click on the download then it said activate but that as far as it goes. it tells me that we're unable to activate at this time please try back later or contact us. I was on the message and he wanted me to pay 10$ .... can anyone help me?
Hi Badt, you've come to the right place for help! It sounds like you might have missed the login step or you're trying to sign in with an inactive Cox User ID. If you don't have a Cox User ID, you'll need to create one prior to downloading Cox Security Suite. If you already have a Cox User ID, go to www.cox.com/.../reactivating-an-inactive-cox-email-account.html and follow the steps to ensure your Cox User ID is active. Once you've created or reactivated your User ID, you should be able to follow the steps in the "How to Download and Install the Software" section of www.cox.com/.../cox-security-suite-plus.html.
