Major internet issues in the PHX/Ahwatukee area.
Morning,
Like the title says we are having major Internet issues in this area. Having Internet issues for about a month losing connections frequently from an hour to 30 minutes.I believe over the weekend I lost my Internet probably about 6 to 10 times per day. My neighbors in the area are also having Internet issues and cannot connect as well. Some of my neighbors cannot go into work due to health concerns and they really need their internet working.I'm going to post some logs of my Internet issues.I already know a new modem will not fix my issues. It seems to me that it's a quality line issue or a coaxial issue or a bad line in the neighborhood.I have already had one tech come out and it seems he gave me some song and dance about how the issue wasn't related to quality signal in the area but my cable modem. I also spoke with another tech on Saturday and he confirmed with me that there's probably an issue with the node or a line issue. Here are my logs. I am also a network engineer/ desktop and we (I) need this fixed asap. I am close to filling a complaint with BBB. Please assist as I had projects that needed to be done by Monday but couldn't with no internet or spotty at best.
