Peggy,
Go to options after you log into your email (if your using Outlook! >
In Outlook-Online... webmail in otherwords...
Make sure your archive settings is turned on and its directed at saving your mail to a folder on your PC that will automatically save your mail after say 2 weeks, and also that your spam settings are configured for catching all that junk mail, to COX's Dime on their web server! They can help you with this, or windows as well will help youy configure this if Cox is little of help! Or uneducated as usual when it comes to configuring software settings!

What all this will do ; it will catch most of the mail that is spam, and auto delete it when you exit the program! And save your mail every two weeks! But; that being said there is no sure way you can do this and it all be gone, if you just scan over the titals, if its not from someone you know... BLOCK, IGNORE, DELeTE!! Keep doing this for aboout 2 weeks, and you'll get it under control, then check your mail and spam box about every two days! Hope this helps!
