Macon GA service area email server

This is for the Macon GA service area.  Is there a problem with the email server today?  I am getting time out messages when refreshing my Outlook application.

    I'm having same problem in warner robins. Can't pull log into incoming email server. I'm able to send out emails.

      just tried, same here - can send but not receive ("Connection failed" error)
