Low-latency DOCSIS

So I heard Comcast is doing low-latency DOCSIS trials and wondering if anyone has heard of any news in regards to Cox? I hear it might not come to Cox until they push DOCSIS 4.0. Here is a podcast on the subject. Here is a forum post on DSLReports.
