Every single person I've talked to in 5 straight days of no service at all say the EXACT SAME BS LINE. "We know this has been frustrating" That same line over and over and over and over. Maybe if your workers didn't call out for the holiday weekend and you had FULL CREWS you wouldn't have thousands of "Frustrated" customers. I saw two Cox trucks with 2 guys, THAT'S A FULL CREW ? Those guys wanted the holiday weekend off, that's why this is taking so long, we didn't have a hurricane or a tornado come through here why don't you just fess up and be honest about it
Like I noted in a previous message, of Cox's cables are on the pole that is being worked on by the power company, Cox is NOT ALLOWED to do anything, until the power company is completed.
It's taking 6 days to put a couple of poles back up on Jones Boulevard? Or does it make more sense that a lot of these workers called out sick over the holiday weekend so they can drink beer and eat hamburgers and hardly anybody at all was working for the last 6 days and now today being Monday now everybody's back to work. Which one sounds more like common sense to you? I myself live off of Harmon and Jones and saw that the whole street was blocked off pulled over and watched them drink coffee and talk to each other and nobody was doing anything
Until the Power Company completes it's work, and gives the all clear, no other company can do a thing, that includes Cox.
So you're saying that it was NV Energy repairman are the ones that called out sick for the whole holiday weekend? I live right near where all this was happening and I barely saw one or two guys over the whole entire weekend working out there, I don't care which way you slice the pie, but some company wasn't working with a full staff over the holiday weekend, and that's a fact, I guess eating hamburgers off of a barbecue grill and drinking beer was more important than taking care of their customers . Okay since you know so much how many of the repairmen called out sick over the holiday weekend whether that be Cox or that be NV energy?
