Lafayette, LA outages

Bumped off of internet daily.  Tired of paying a small fortune for inadequate service.  Currently have no internet or phone line.  In this day and age this is ridiculous!  Tired of talking to bots and people that don’t live in this country telling  me to replug my modem and router.  I should not have to do that daily.  Sick of it.  Considering other companies besides COX.

    If you want to troubleshoot with the public forum, can you give some data on the problem and your network? Is it a declared outage? What model modem/gateway do you have and what light(s) are on it? Is the phone modem and internet modem the same device? Do you live in an apartment or a house? If a house, how does the coax get from the pole/street to the room the modem/gateway is in? Any splitters/amp/filter? Last, when was the last time a technician was out to your house?
