It is saying I have exceeded my data plan when I am under

My month reset today (last night midnight, month runs through 18th of month).

I have used 1023/1024GB of my data plan (this includes yesterday's, the last day, data usage).

But my meter is telling me I have exceeded my data plan, and will provide me with 50GB blocks of data for $10 each, and even showing a red bar.

I should still be under by 1GB, and should not be charged for this.  Why am I being charged for an extra block when I did not exceed 1024GB?

  • I think this may just be a glitch as far as the 100% amount that is showing. You should not be charged unless you actually hit 1024GB by the end of the cycle. We can review your account if needed, please email our team at cox.help@cox.com

It told me the same thing that i was over, but when i got my bill it was not charged and the data was right under the cap. It needs some improvements.
