Issues when twitch streaming

Question

I am a small twitch streamer and for the past few months when I am streaming every hour I start having issues with my upload speeds. I did a speed test during this and it said I am experience high packet loss and that my upload speed reached almost zero at one point of the test. This is only happening when I stream to twitch, the rest of the time it is fine.&nbsp;

I've been fighting this issue for months!&nbsp; Had techs come out, put a business grade router in that costs over $5k to test, tried different broadcast software, low bitrates, etc...&nbsp;&nbsp;
I didn't drop a single frame with my previous ISP, Cox on the other hand drops frames every stream to the point where it's not worth streaming.&nbsp; They can say what they want, they are throttling this traffic along with other traffic.
