Is there a reason my bill always goes up?

My Bill has gone from $49.99 a couple years ago and then $59.99 then, $69.99. Not it sits at $83.99.

Automatic payments have started when I never selected them to be sent automatically and my bill has changed WITHOUT notice several times.
