Is it possible to get 2 or more ethernet connections at same time?

Now I am using ARRIS CM8200.  If I add a router with this, is it possible to use both Smart TV and a computer at same time.  Will Cox send signals for both line at same time?

Yes.  However, a router is your private network.  Cox has nothing to do with your private network or router.  You can add up to 250 devices to your router via wire or wirelessly.  Of course, 250 devices would be competing for processing time from the router so it'd slow your network down a wad.

    Thank you very much!!  I am thinking to buy TP Link TL-R600VPN.  Will this work with CM8200?

      Just curious, but why did you select this router?

      There's another contributor gooder at picking rooters so I'm sure he'll opine.

        Thank you very much.   Please kindly let me know your recommendation.  It is just for home network to use a smart TV and a computer at same time.
