Is email from Home Depot being blocked

I received an email from Home Depot in my hotmail  account that I wanted to save in my cox account, so I forwarded it from my hotmail account to my cox account.  It never came through.  After several failed attempts I checked the spam folder in my Cox WebMail - nothing there. I then went back to hotmail and forwarded the item to my gmail account.  It went through immediately.  I was then able to forward it from gmail to my cox account and it went through.  I have no filters set up on cox that would effect it.  Any idea what might be going on?

    @Raskie, I would check your Hotmail account and see if there was a return email. If so, what error was in it? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
