My phone shows I am connected to my Home network, but I cannot access any web address. I can easily connect to other networks and use the internet with no issues.

What model wifi router do you have?
Are there any custom security configuration option that limits which devices can connect to the wifi network by the device MAC address? I ask because a new privacy feature of Apple's latest iOS release creates random MAC addresses when connecting to wifi networks. You'll need to turn this iOS privacy feature off if your router is configured to use the MAC addresses security feature to allow clients to connect to the network.
