ipad scam?

On my phone from my texts it said My  club is expired it. Looked like a Cox webpage  I got a 'You were pick to do a survey to win a Ipad" as soon as I opened the textl. Im assuming this is a scam. I see some from 8 years ago that people got these same scam.

    Always follow your instincts.  If it smells of a scam...it's a scam.  Reads like its trying to get some personal information.
