I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble receiving authorization codes for other services. I tried to locate your account using the credentials you registered for forums with so I could gather more information about what's happening, but was unsuccessful. Most services that require authentication with a code will provide the option to receive such codes via text, email, or phone call.
