I have been paying for this internet and every month it’s lagging and the internet is ridiculous

    How is this related to specific account info? Sounds like OP is asking for basic troubleshooting.

    OP, can you define "lagging"? Are you talking speed, latency, packet loss, loss of connection? Does it affect wired and wifi? Does it affect all aspects of internet service or just some sites or things like games? Last, what model modem and router do you have?
