Internet service

Can anyone tell me why I pay over 100.00 a month for cox service which is twice as much as anyone else but I only get service rarely half the time? Then half the time thier portal is down but they sure let us know. It was out for 2 days last week and it's Sunday and back out again. I'd rather have cell phone provider internet at this point. I'm about to cancel my service anyways this week. I just want to speak with an agent ab9ut the cancel

I too like to get the best bang for my buck and know it can be frustrating when things aren't working the way you'd expect. I certainly don't want to see you go. We are unable to discuss ending service via forums.
