Having constant connection issues in South Gainesville for the past few weeks. Speed test reports are horrible and showing under 1mbps at times. Latest test done at 7:30pm on 1/30/2020

@murrutia, your modem levels are outside of our preferred specifications. Can you please make sure all cables are secured tightly and free of damage? Also, do you have a splitter or an amplifier in the home? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
