NGB, Oh they will reply. Unsure if its a bot or an actual person. The only answer I seem to get is that its being worked on and that they will get it up and running as soon as they can, that they are sorry for the inconvenience. I just pray the issue is fixed ASAP. As I stated before, we never lost power, so Id imagine we would be the easy fix opposed to those who have no power. FYI... I'm located on Pease drive off Center Ridge Rd, next to the RR Brewing company. Also...just to make me feel better, they did give me a credit to my account of $1.50...for going on four days of no service...how considerate of them lol
