Why do you always conduct maintenance on Saturdays? When kids and family's are home. Trying to complete homework or watch tv together. This makes no sense. For almost 200 dollars a month it is unacceptable how frequently my internet doesn't work.

We realize Saturday may not be an ideal time to perform maintenance. Our normal maintenance window is between midnight and 6AM, but there are occasions in which we must perform maintenance outside of the preferred times.
