Internet outage 70116

Same here for 70116.  There are absolutely no outage notifications and when I contact support they tell me it is a problem with my modem.  I would love for a supervisor to review my tech support logs, esp the chat logs.

I've checked that area it the outage was cleared on 11/5/20 at 12:18 pm.

    Hi Jonathan - my internet was down until about noon today, I received a text from Cox early in the morning saying it had been resolved, but it wasn't up until noon.  This is what I am talking about with regards to the information about outages.

      We try to post updates about outages being cleared for the most part it's accurate. There are times when unforeseen things happen that cause the time to change.
