Internet keeps going out
Everyday for two weeks our internet goes offline for 2-6 hours daily. We try to reset the modem and that doesn't work. I have spent hours on with it only to have a tech come out. He replaced our modem, has checked and replaced multiple things and still can't figure out what's wrong. At what point does someone higher up get involved? My husband works from home and we can't continue having internet issues. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
