I've noticed pretty significant packet loss and sometimes complete drops over the last few days. I haven't had this problem before. Below is my modem information:

Today we've completely lost internet at the modem twice. It just drops out and then takes 3-5 minutes to re-sync and get the internet back up. Is something going on? Cox says "there's no outage" but I have a hard time believing this.
