Internet drops multiple times per day randomly

Seems completely random, interrupts my work from home just about every day. I have some modem logs and connection info. (Taken during a time when it is working, not sure if any of these numbers chan...

So I'm guessing cox we'll be down for 3 or 4 days at this point?  Any idea what the issue is? Last time it went down for 3 days we were never told.
