Internet dropping constantly
For the last couple of weeks the internet connection drops constantly and comes back within a couple of minutes many times per day. This is in South Orange County, California

I sent that email on 2/11. I've received no reply.
Did you not want to troubleshoot with the forum users?
I was responding to Cox's request that I email them.
Thanks for your suggestions. In the interim the entire area had an outage. I'm thinking this is a Cox problem.
Well if the problem comes back after the outage is over, feel free to return and troubleshoot. Sometimes outages can be unrelated to the issue you are having, specially if the issue has been ongoing intermittently for weeks.
