Internet down yet again!

My internet service is down AGAIN! It seems like it’s down more than it’s up over the last week or so. I stream everything and do a lot of work from home. In the last 3 hours I’ve had about 30 minutes of service. And of course Cox won’t do crap about it. When you call you get automated responses and then it hangs up.
