I have an Arris Surfboard SB8200 modem with an Asus RT-AX88U Pro router connected to it. I get a message: "The connection has timed out
The server at 192.168.0.1 is taking too long to respond."
That is a stand alone modem. Stand alone modems are accessible by the IP 192.168.100.1. See here for more info.
I was able to access that link and logged into it. Here's some of my signal levels. They look very low to me:

Your only showing 28 channels when there should be 32 downstream channels. Also, no OFDM/OFDMA. What is your upstream? Could be a bad splitter. What signal levels do you get with it bypassed? What kind of splitter is it?
