I'm unable to access the 192.168.0.1 site.
Why can't you access the 192.168.0.1 site? What model modem/gateway do you have?

I have an Arris Surfboard SB8200 modem with an Asus RT-AX88U Pro router connected to it. I get a message: "The connection has timed out

That is a stand alone modem. Stand alone modems are accessible by the IP 192.168.100.1. See here for more info.

I was able to access that link and logged into it. Here's some of my signal levels. They look very low to me:
