I am frustrated! I work from home and my VPN is disconnecting several times a day, my cable also goes out at least 2 times a night. I have had 3 technicians, to no avail. Can someone recommend a router and modem to use with this service? I'm about to give up on Cox!
What modem and router do you have now? If you have a Panoranic gateway I suggest a seperate modem and router like the Arris S33 and Asus RT-AX86u. Also, do your friends/neighbors have problems in your area? If so, I suggest a informal FCC complaint. If just you, what are your modem/gateway signal levels? I can give instructions once I know what equipiment you have.
